CODE OF CONDUCT

The FTY Lab is a football training centre using the latest training technology to enhance a players technical, physical, and mental skills. The lab will contain revolutionary training equipment built and designed by our team at ESA. Players can practice their football skills in an interactive and competitive environment, whilst immersing themselves in a truly unique facility.

We do however, have certain rules for our users to follow, which ensures all players have a fun and enjoyable experience inside the lab. These also extend to our Fan Lounge and other facilities, which should be used with the respect of others.

 

PLAYING

​

No metal blades, studs or plastic moulds are allowed inside the lab. Astro turf trainers, running trainers and sports trainers only. 

​

No footballs outside of the stations.

​

Please wait patiently in the designated waiting zones outside of the arenas until it is your turn. When your time at the stations have finished, please exit to allow the next player to enter from the waiting zone.

​

If you suffer any injuries at FTY Lab, please report to the nearest member of staff.

​

FOOD & DRINK

​

Food or drink (other than water/sports drink) is not allowed inside the lab. Food & drink is available inside our Fan Lounge.

​

Strictly no food or chewing gum allowed unless you are inside the fan lounge.

​

Hydration Stations on site are for refilling bottles only. NO FACE-TO-TAP CONTACT.

BEHAVIOUR

​

Please show respect to the FTY Lab staff and equipment. Also, always respect other FTY Lab users.

​

FTY prohibits any form of Discrimination or Bullying and there is to be no swearing, fighting, or spitting.

​

FTY staff reserve the right to refuse entry or ask someone to leave if they think that person is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

​

COVID-19
​

Please use the hand sanitiser provided when entering and exiting the facility.

​

Equipment must be cleaned, and hands washed after every use to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Blue roll and disinfectant spray will be provided at the cleaning stations around the centre.

If you have any questions or queries about our code of contact then please contact us. All have been made to ensure the lab is enjoyable for all and FTY Staff will remove anyone who is not adhering to the rules. This may mean a session cut short or refusal to enter the session. FTY will be under no obligation to refund anyone, who has be seen to breaking our rules or failing to play to the terms of our code of conduct.
