Please note, all of our memberships will automatically renew after the final date of the membership period. If you wish to cancel, please do so on the online portal.
 

9 Month Contracts

​

Customers must complete the full 9-month term before cancelling their membership.

Customers can freeze their membership for up to 3 months during their 9-month fixed term plan. During this period, no payments will be taken and the membership will be inactive.

​

Customers can cancel their membership in the event of a long-term injury or illness.

​

Customers can cancel their membership if they do not live within 12 miles of the facility.

​

1 Month Contracts

​

Customers on a 1-month contract are able to cancel their membership freely.

​

When signed up, payment is taken immediately. Customers are able to freeze their contract, making the membership inactive. 

​

Student Memberships

Students must show a valid student ID (College or University) at first arrival to qualify for the student membership.

​

Off-Peak Memberships

​

Customers will be on a 3-month contract and will automatically renew at the end of the period.

​

The Off-Peak Membership can only be used during the off-peak hours stated.
